The guide's core installation step is the herdr skill for coding agents, which is already installed and current: ~/.hermes/skills/local/herdr/SKILL.md (253 lines, skill_view herdr loads cleanly, includes "Spawn a dedicated agent session from a chat gateway", "Babysit an agent unattended", and "Install or update this skill" sections). Herdr server/client v0.9.1 is running on socket /root/.config/herdr/herdr.sock with agents wA:p1, wB:p1 (idle claude) and cost-invoice (wD:p1, done).

herdr_anyrouter_watch.py now watches ALL Herdr agents (iterates the agent list, one state set per pane). Auto-approvals silent + logged; nudges capped at 3/hour per agent; risky prompts escalated; heartbeat fires if all agents go down. Cron bde02806b2f6 (*/2 * * * *) scheduled. PR #3: no review requested, repo collaborators are duyet + duyetbot, so Duyệt is the reviewer/merger — nothing auto-merges. Telegram duplication fix still pending.
- 15:02 — hermes-provider-anyrouter: CI lint-test workflow opened as PR #5 (targets master, ruff pinned 0.17.0); all checks green; awaiting human merge. feat/usage-cost branch is stale (PR #3 squash-merged).
- 15:07 — Hermes Telegram duplicate replies ('💬 '): root cause is display.platforms.telegram.thinking_progress: true. Hermes relays the assistant's between-tool text as _thinking progress (prefix '💬 {text}') on top of the streamed or interim copy. Fix: set it to false (global default is false). Not applied: agent-config edit needs user approval.
- 15:31 — anyrouter triage: #5150 merged (OCR error leak, refs #4602; billing half needs owner). #5151 draft = #5034 retry race + cross-day budget fix, typecheck pending. main lockfile mismatch @anyr/sdk ^1.0.2 vs ^1.0.3.
- 15:56 — anyrouter: #5151 typecheck ok, biome fmt fix c5c02efc3, local-ci 20/20 signed success; ready, NOT merged (migrations). No herdr agent named 'anyrouter' exists, ran local-ci directly. Gotcha: never wrap scripts/worktree-setup.sh in heavy.sh (nested flock deadlock). anyrouter-ocr worktree removed.
