- 22:13 — aidr deploy pitfalls (2026-10-01): (1) local pnpm deploy needs VITE_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY; it lives in repo-root .env.local and vite.config passes it via define; deploy now fails without a pk_live_ key. (2) don't deploy while an hourly run is in flight; a deploy resets the Workflow DO mid-step (TL;DR step now retries once). (3) FORCE_COLOR broke the cf JSON migration gate; cf-d1.ts forces color off.
