## Devin.ai — No OpenAI-compatible inference API

**Research conclusion** (issue #3271): Devin.ai DOES NOT ship an OpenAI-compatible inference API.

- Official API base: `https://api.devin.ai/v3/organizations/*` and `/v3/enterprise/*`
- Auth: `cog_` service-user Bearer tokens
- Endpoints: sessions, knowledge, playbooks, secrets, org admin — NOT chat completions
- `POST .../sessions` starts a Devin agent session, not a token-stream chat
- Live probes 2026-09-14 all 404: `/v1/models`, `/v1/chat/completions`, `/v3/models`, `/openai/v1/models`
- Devin CLI Adaptive/Fusion is internal — not a public OpenAI base URL
- Community MITM/BYOK proxies are unofficial and ToS-risky — do not register

**Blocked from adding Devin as a BYOK provider.** Commented on #3271 with findings. Awaiting Devin/OpenAI-compat API surface from Cognition.
